I've gotta give this place props. They have the cutest and most clever commercial I've ever seen and I'm not just saying that because I'm in their commercial. If you want to see it, search for "CHOW BELLA PET SPA" on YouTube. By the way, I'm the one in the pink shirt who opens the door for the dog. Anyway... back to the review...
Super friendly staff and you can tell they love dogs... It can be a bit expensive if you do the works (facial scrub, etc.) but my dog is so soft and fluffy afterwards that it's worth it. Also, I've noticed that he doesn't shake when I pull up to this place. He's actually excited to come in which means he likes it here and doesn't mind the usually dreaded bath.
Great for boarding too. And I'm always dropping off the Gooch-meister when I go out of town just in case you want to send your hot bitches. I'm sure he'd love the company. *wink wink*

I don't know what the comment under me is talking about, eveyone there was very friendly to me and my puppies came back looking like award winning show dogs! I have never seen them so fluffy and soft! I am a very picky person and after carefully explaining exactly what I wanted their haircuts to look like, they were able to do it exactly how I wanted it. No other groomer I've tried was able to do it just right but now, I found my grooming parlor. I got them the paul mitchell for dogs shampoo and it was amazing! momma and puppies using the same hair care! I work from 8 in the morning until 5pm and I love that they walk my dogs in that time! I will definitly be coming back and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My Pomeranian usually gets the serious "shakes" from being so nervous when she gets groomed. This is the only place where she doesn't. Enough said. We've tried lots of groomers, but that alone for me says it all. That's why I gave them 5 stars. Price is reasonable for the area (I've done cheaper and I have not been happy). She's had 4 haircuts there so far, and I will continue to go back. And the store is cute. I love it because my baby girl loves it. Con: I have to drive there from W. Hollywd. but she's worth it.

I don really like to write this tape of thing but I was a very upset with what happen in this place. beside the grooming job being just ok, my puppies looked like the time I groomed them my self; NOT GOOD and the new manager or the guy in charge is not a very nice person and obviously has no idea about costumer service. or about the business he is in charge of.

I just discovered the magical location that is chow bella! Ive been going somewhere else this whole time, and after the daycare my dog was always kind of feeling not like himself. My wife took him to chow bella the other day and when we picked him up, his tail was wagging, he was excited and he looked gorgeous!! I think we've found his new play place!! The front staff was also very friendly and helpful!

I travel almost every week for work and Chow Bella has always been their for me when I needed them! My dog seems to love the guys and he always looks so white and fresh smelling when I pick him up! I love his disposition when I come back to pick him up! I can tell he is genuinly happy!! The parking is kind of bad during lunch hours though...

They gave my dogs mullets! I asked them to leave the hair one length all over. Puppy Cut. They got it so very wrong. My dogs looked better before they were groomed.
On the positive site, they seemed to take good care of the dogs. Also, the people who checked me in were very nice. Still, I won't be going back.

I drive to Chow Bella from Glendale hills on a friends recommendation and I am glad I did!! My dog looks beautiful! and he seems to be happier when I pick him up as apposed to how he was when we were at the glendale groomer... Now when we pull up to the exclusive barking signs ahahaha, he starts barking and can't wait to get out of the car to go see his friends in daycare!! I would recommend them to anyone!!!!

Love the staff here. Daycare is SPOTLESS, they are always cleaning the place. Other places we tried are so dirty- hate that. Very reasonably priced. My shih tzu is happy to go there. I usually buy her something from their store after she gets groomed. Really cute stuff I haven't seen elsewhere. Parking during lunch hour can be busy, but they have dedicated spaces you just pull right in to. Overall we love it there and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I recently bought 2 yorkies from Chow Bella! The Deal I got was the best ever (TRUST ME I SHOP AROUND!!) The puppies were beautiful and my daughters LOVE THEM! They were super nice to me and gave me nive incentives for addopting the puppies! I got 2 free baths for each dog, and a good discount on supplies. I recently went back to give both Coco and Gucci hair cuts, and they look GORGEOUS!!
