    Exceptional

    The best experience ever.

    I rented a limo for my daughters wedding. We needed 3 limos and 2 Vans for shuttling guests. When I called on the phone, they suggested I meet them at their office so that they could show me their vehicle and go over the plans. I met them at their office and was very impressed. The cars were spotless, the building was immaculate and the staff was very helpful. After I paid for the services, it all went better than even expected. I had rented limos from two other companies in the past and I was less than pleased. I am glad I found these guys, they really know what they are doing. Thanks for making my daughters wedding the best.

    Worst Experience Ever

    I?ve never bothered to write an online review for ANYTHING before, but I had such a terrible experience with these guys that I wanted to help other people avoid similar incidents. I had arranged for a black sedan to take me from SLC to Park City for $168, but when I arrived at the car I found it was not a black sedan but an old Ford Excursion. We drove about a mile from the airport, and the driver pulled off to the side of the road and asked me to sign the credit card papers ? AND THE BILL WAS $244. I called the office, and ?Jessica? informed me that the price had been nearly doubled was because they had provided a bigger car (like, why would I pay $244 to have a beat up SUV pick me up? I could have just called my brother in law!), and that there were ?dozens of other people who would gladly pay that price?. But we were stuck, because we were already a mile from the airport! Talk about the ultimate bait and switch scam! AND THEN, when my party and I had considered our options and decided that we were just going to get screwed, the company ordered the driver to take us back to the airport! So, after 35 min of arguing, and being extremely embarrassed in front of my friends, we arrived back at SLC with no transportation, and had to rent a car. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!
