    Booked them for my wedding. Limo arrived on time. Our driver was very courteous and took us where we needed to go. The limo was clean- we had the 33 passenger bus. The bathroom in it did not function but we were bar hopping so it was not a major issue. I would use them again for a function.

    I called a couple different places and crystal was the friendliest and most affordable. Limo bus was very clean and on time. Would recommend to others.

    Ruined our Family Reunion

    August 2nd 2008 this is the worst experience i have every had in my life! Very unprofessional, the bus was not clean, also there was stripper hair on the floor, and the driver was RUDE! He purposely got on the freeway knowng that there was accident, which left us stuck in traffic for one hour. He would not give us a extra hour for the time that we were stuck. Once we got to our destination he rushed us off the bus to take pictures, and had the nerve to blow the horn, and whistle at us like we were dogs. Now mind you we had the bus for 2 hours, and he charged us $500 plus $100 tip. I implore you to not use the establishment, for any type of function. I will be reporting this to the BBB, and Rip Off Report. Signed The Four Generations Reunion - Milwaukee WI P.S.     THIS GUY CAN'T SPEAK OR WRITE ENGLISH VERY WELL , MAKE SURE HE HAS INSURANCE . THE FIRST THING THIS GUY WANT'S IS $$$$$ AND A SIGNED CONTRACT. THINK TWICE HE CHEATS HIS DRIVER'S AND TELLS YOU 20 % FOR A TIP TO THE DRIVERS WHICH IS NOT TRUE FOR WEDDING'S OR OTHER TIMES HE JUST KEPTS THE MONEY FOR HIMSELF. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH MR . SAMER. PS. ASK HIM TO SPELL O'HARE FOR YOU .

    Ruined my bachelorette party!

    The company told us the limo bus was ours for the night. The first bar we went to...the driver left when he wasnt supposed to and we couldnt get a hold of him when we wanted to leave. Finally we got a hold of him and he said that he wouldnt be back for another 20 minutes after already being gone for 45 minutes. 20 minutes later we called again and he said 15 minutes, 15 minutes later we called again and he said he was stopped by the cops and it would be 15 more minutes. Finally the owner or the company came and picked us up. We had planned on bar hopping that night but finally by the time we were picked up we only could go to 1 more bar. We tried to make the best of the situation but when the bar closed, we were outside waiting to get food from a vendor and the bus driver yelled at my friend that she only paid until 2:30 so we had to get on the bus now. After waiting for over an HOUR for his driver who left when he wasnt supposed to he had the audacity to tell us we had to leave and he couldnt wait 5 minutes???? I was irate as he pretty much ruined my bachelorette party...what bride wouldnt be. He claimed my best friend was a liar that and that he never told her that we had to leave. 3 people heard him tell her that! And the sad part...he wouldnt even reimburse us for the time we waited for his driver. This company is SHADY!!!! Dont use...he just doesnt understand proper business etiquette. He even told me that my fiance should think twice about marrying me. He had no right to say that when him and his company screwed up that many times in one night! What an upstanding businessman...
