How Rude!

I completely agree with the first review. I spoke with an employee on the phone in regards to my father's order and was shocked by how rude the man was! He acted like I was bothering him by calling and abruptly hung up at the end without a "thank you" or any goodbye. I understand they are busy, but that doesn't mean they should sacrifice service!

It seems to be a requirement to be extremely rude to work here. Came in for a simple part and was made to feel stupid. Employees have no patience. I've also heard other stories about their so called "return policies". It would be wise to shop elsewhere.
