    We rented a van from Capps for a high school graduation- a lot of out of town visitors attended. It was a last minute rental and the location was close to our home. The folks at the counter were friendly, the store was very clean. They let us look at both the 8 and 12 passenger vans so we could decide which best fit our needs. This worked for us much better than a mini-van would have, since we had elderly grandparents visiting. No, it wasn't the cheapest route, but the vehicle was extremely clean, well equipped and allowed us to fit 9 people plus a few extra items very comfortably. No complaints- it was worth the money.

    In what what are you serving the LA area when you have no car rental locations there? Shouldn't come up under LA yellow pages.

    Always look @ website info, never believe yellowpages.com. Click the companies website, then you will see the their locations, hrs, etc. Come on people, do a little more.

    When i called this company they said that they do not even have a office in this state yet they state in the yellow pages that they serve the Rockingham ,North Carolina area.

    well i reserved two 15 passenger vans at enterprise. Being that it was under an family and friends discount, they gave the vans to someone else and we found out a day before we got ready to leave to go on vacation. One of the other parents in our group had reserved two vans, why didnt they call me if they knew they had miss handled my reservation?? It really upset us as mentors for the group of people we were taking. They tried to give us two gas drinking vehicles luxury cars to replace what they had missed up and it was very uncomfortable. Enterprise you need to stick to your word. Employees, family, and friends are people with paying money too.

    all these car rentals say they have vans i whent into alamo,hertz, entrepice and national car rentals none of them had a van available on the day that i wanted it so i tried to get it for an earlier day 2days 3days up to 5 days earlier to get the van because i really needed it in that weekend to use it with my family and still none of them had a van available thats a passenger van so im really upset these companies claim to go out of their way to get u what u whant but in reality they dont

    They say they are open 24 hrs a day 7 days a week but when calling them for an emergency rental at 11:00 pm the recorder stated the offices were closed and to call back. Says in Columbia, SC but they are not.

    The web site explains that they serve 90221 (Compton, CA), but the closest one is located in Phoenix, AZ. That's 8 hours away!!!
