    in response to the extreme markups...the sets that costco sell are nothing like the original rainbow play systems and the warranties are not the same. if you physically compare the products, you can see why original rainbows are so much more expensuve. you get what you pay for. the costco sets are much smaller and made of lesser quality wood and accessories. i purchased a "rainbow play system" from a big box store too, lured in by the price. man, i was sorely disappointed. within a few months the wood had faded and cracked. the next few years, the set rapidly deteriorated. and defeating the purpose of buying the set...our kids grew out of it! so my husband and i decided to buy from a rainbow dealer who explained why the original rainbows are more expensive than ones you would find at costco or sam's. we ended spending the money on a nicer, bigger set with a lifetime warranty. needless we are not happy about having to spend the money again, but our new set is sooo much nicer and the lifetime warranty (compared to just 5 years for our other one) gives us real peace of mind.

    My husband and I have been saving to purchase a play system for our daughter. We did much research and determined that Rainbow would be your best buy. We purchased a play system and found out an hour after our purchased that Costco had the exact same play system for $500 dollars less than the one we purchased. Costco had the same warranty, no shipping cost, had the option to pay for installation. Extremely disappointed in such a huge price difference!

    In Franklin - this is also USA Baby. We bought our nursery furniture and our cradle and cradle bedding here. It has been wonderful, looks so cute in her room, and fits the space quite nicely. When baby gets older, we will probably buy a playsystem from them. Great service and nice people to deal with.
