    I ordered a cabin air filter (the one inside the car), Monroe struts, strut boots, and two brake lines. Two boxes arrived on the same day, four days later. The right parts and the best prices.

    I've used this company several times and have no complaints. They have very competitive prices and fair shipping costs (I disagree with the other user's comments about return shipping costs - they clearly state they can't cover return shipping, which is very common). Save yourself the time of price shopping (I've done it) and use this company.

    I ordered a fuel pump for my vehicle, due to a vehicle manufacture change, it did not fit. I promptly returned the pump following the instructions provided. after several email RockAuto refuses to refund my shipping cost. I had to pay for the pump to be shipped to me and to return it. Not customer Service friendly... I will not be doing business with this company in the furture.

    Business Response

    This customer ordered a part from our website by part number without giving us his vehicle information. As he said, there was a manufacturing change and the part that he ordered (out of a twelve that we list for year make and model for that year) did not fit, we took it back for a refund. We reimburse shipping cost when we make mistakes. But because he chose this part without vehicle information, contacting us or researching which of the parts listed for his vehicle would be correct, we did gave him a full refund for the part (we don't charge restocking fees or other penalties) but not the shipping. - Mark
