PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENING GUIDELINES FOR PROMOTING QUALITY CARE:
Arcadia Health Care is committed to the provision of quality, cost effective services provided by qualified, experienced professionals and ancillary personnel. Therefore, the following criteria are used in the employment of our staff:
A minimum of one year current experience in the employee's specialty or related field
Proof of current licensure, registration or certification with ongoing validation throughout employment
Acceptable, written references
Current TB skin test or chest x-ray
Physical or statement of health condition indicating the ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations
A score of 80% or above on a qualifying exam in their area of expertise
