This is my son's favorite place to eat! He always has the kid's chicken tenders and delicious rice w/chocolate milk. I try different dishes; everything is great! But the reason I come back again and again. . . .the service is wonderful!! They make u feel like family and their marqueritas are perfect!

Great Service, Price Fair

Don Ramon's service is lighting fast. Your food comes out steaming hot. It is good food for your money, but generally Tex-Mex style.

Pretty good mexican fare.

We have had mixed experiences here and have ordered many different combinations. The servers are always nice and attentive but the food is inconsistent. The margaritas are fantastic and the price is very suitable.

Best Mexican Food In Town
Posted by PJJMLind6252 on 08/19/2007
My family LOVES this place. My 2 kids under the age of 6. Alawys ask to go there. Always chips and salsa when you sit down. We always ask for the cheese dip as we sit. We always get either the shrimp fajitas or the fajitas quesadilla. If the kids are not with us we ask for extra spice and if the kids are with us we just use the green sauce that's on the table. Oh and we always get the Mararitas. My in law came in town that's were we eat out at, no questions asked. If you have not try it yet give it a try I'm sure you will love as much as we do.

Pretty good Mexican
Posted by Vince G. on 09/23/2005
With the choice in Mexican food in the greater Cleveland area being the now defunct Chi Chi's or Don Pablo's it is nice to have a restaurant that has actual Mexican food on the menu. The food could be a bit on the spicier side, but for the Parma palate it is quite good and there is a selection of hot sauce on the table to spice it up to meet your own needs. I always get the number eleven. . .I don't even remember what it is, but it is darn good. For ambiance it need a bit perking up, it has the feel of low rent Epcot center ride, but the food more than makes up for it.

Tex Mex Standards
Posted by Dionne W. on 09/13/2005
Don Ramon (formerly El Rincon) is a standard Tex Mex style restaurant. The food is always good, though not spectacular. I personally would like everything to be kicked up a notch in the spice department, but I suppose Don Ramon's is catering to a Parma palate. Nothing wrong with that, and there is a selection of hot sauces on each table. The menu is book-length with plenty of combination plates that are worth selecting. I always try a different combo plate whenever I dine here, but my friend is the #11, every time. He doesn't even look at the menu anymore, so I guess the #11 is that good.Always chips and salsa when you sit down. Good, thick, yellow corn chips with just the right amount of salt. I'd like a chunkier salsa, but the salsa provided is pleasant. The ambiance is odd here - the dining room is a strange mix of faux brick and cafeteria/industrial styles, with Mexican bric-a-brac on the walls. The whole space could do with a makeover - I'd wouldn't mind seeing some tile floors and less industrial lighting (read fluroescent). I guess not a lot of people are concerned about the decor, as the place is usually pretty busy, and downright packed on the weekends.
