Great Hotel

This maybe one of the cleanest, friendliest and best kept hotels that I have ever stayed at. I am on the road more than 300 nights a year, all over the United States. I had never been to the Southgate, Michigan area before. Having business to do in the city of Detroit, I was looking to stay out of the city for some obvious and some not obvious reasons. This hotel is near the city but in the suburbs. From the time I pulled up, checked in, ate in their restaurant, drank at their bar, slet in their bed, and showered. There was not one minute that i did not feel like I was in a 5 star hotel. The staff went out of their way to make me feel more than welcomed at every turn. The hotel was emmaculately clean and well kept. I have contacted my travel manager for my company and had the Holiday Inn of Southgate, Michigan as the only hotel for my company to stay at when in SouthEastern Michigan.
