STAY AWAY!!!

We rented a RV from here for a small weekend trip. The RV was in great shape and mostly everything went smooth until we returned it. About a week after returning it a phone call was received from someone at the center claiming they are keeping our entire $1,000 deposit. To our dismay, they made bogus claims(both on the outside of the RV where it could have easily happened in their parking lot) about a hole in the outside of the RV and a broken lock (We could not get the locks open with the keys provided) However since they had our credit card, and took pictures, (We didnt take pictures to prove that nothing was destroyed before we turned it in), we were told by a lawyer we had not standing. Our credit card was then charged the full $1,000. I do NOT recommend that anyone go to General RV Center for their RV rental. I have never had this happen before and would not want anyone else to go through what we did. Be smart and stay away!!!!

Their sales people are attentive, informative and accomodating. Service staff needs improvement.
