horrible

Vince (co-owner), on phone when confronted with the problems we encountered on our wedding day limo service was rude on the phone and would only offer a discount on our next limo service from them. Our service was so horrible, that we would not even consider using this company again. The driver was in faded black jeans that looked like they were painted on and sleeveless shirt. He was also extremely rude to me and the mother of the bride.
Their motto is "elegant service at its finest". Our experience was nothing of the sort.
The driver asked at the church, "who do I talk to about my tip?" prior to whole wedding party entering the limo.
The red carpet wasn't rolled out for us like it was agreed upon. The driver didn't know where she was going. The driver didn't take the shortest route to the church, after given directions, she took a different route and as a result, my wife, and bridesmaids were late to arriving at the church. We entering a HOT limo after the ceremony, since the vehicle was left in the sun, off, without the AC running. At no point was I or any of the bridal party comfortable until we exited the vehicle in the parking lot of our reception venue. The driver wanted my wife and bridesmaids to let themselves out and wasn't going to open the door for my new wife. Erratic driving (over curbs, flooring the accelerator). It seemed that the driver was acting strangely after an extended bathroom break, and she went to the bathroom at every stop made and even had to wait for her to finish whatever she was doing to leave at one stop. Since our wedding was a formal occasion, I would have thought that the driver would have been a little more dressed up. Our driver informed us that she was driving a bachelor party to Detroit after our wedding. I think the driver was dressed for THAT occasion, and not OUR occasion.
A new limo was specifically asked for, and a 1990's limo that was provided to us. It had a large dent in it. It was noticed that there were some broken molding parts on the inside of the limo and the roof was peeling on the exterior. The ride was noisy, and it seemed like you could hear the muffler hitting the floorboard from underneath. We were told we would be getting a black black limo, but at no time were we informed it would be an old limo.
