Do NOT Go to Vista BMW

I called Vista BMW and made an appointment to get my windshield replaced. I was told it would take about an hour. When I arrived on the day of my appointment, I waited 1/2 hour before anyone even acknowledged me. Then, after 45 minutes, I was told that there was no record of my appointment, and that there was NO way the work could be done in an hour - it was a minimum of 5 hours. Plus, they were going to farm the work out to another company, and could not do it that day. Chris in the collision center was rude, and I left. I will take my business somewhere else, and so should you!

How I wish I would NOT have LEASED

Lucky for you RubyDesign1 that you did NOT lease.... YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN SORRY!!! THEY DID YOU A HUGE FAVOR!! I leased a BMW from them and they stuck it to me real good! They ask me for additional deposit to be returned once the lease was over... but that was only an illusion!! They put more than half of the deposit towards "CAPITALIZED COST REDUCTION" which I found out it means to reduce the monthly payment???!!?? A small detail that was conveniently overlooked! They also tried to rip me off with an insurance for tires, but I did not fall for that one!! Conclusion: so now I get alot less than half of my deposit especially since there are a pile of "fees" to return the lease, therefore I will be getting enough for dinner at McDonalds. Adriana (financial mgr) is a snake!! KEEP AWAY FROM THOSE PEOPLE!

Rude and unfriendly

Hello Auto Dealer
I was shopping for a new vehicle because my lease was up soon, I went to your dealership and was treated with rudeness and ignored when I was asking about a lease deal for one of your vehicle, the salesman tried to push me to go see someone else, and I assume I didn’t look the part to lease or own a BMW, so that same day I went to the LEXUS dealership just across the street from you and I was treated with the best service a salesman could give, so my advice is to your company is to retrain your sales people to never judge a book by its cover I purchased a LEXUS LS460
