My wife and I just used this awful company to move and it was a NIGHTMARE. The guys who arrived to move us complained about how much stuff we had, refused to make the additional stop at our storage unit despite us having arranged it with the main office previously, and made us pay them for half-finished job while all our stuff was still on the truck and threatened to leave when we complained that the invoice was higher than what was quoted.

The best experience I've had moving

I just wanted to take a minute here to say All My Sons Moving was the best I could have asked for when I decided to move. I needed to move within the next week and they were accomadating to my short notice. The service reps were very pleasing and easy to work with. On the day of the move, the two young men that showed up were ready to go. They came in and started wrapping all my furniture and explaining everything to me. They took apart my bed and when we got to my new house they put my bed together and put all my things exactly where I asked. They even put all my kitchen boxes right in the kitchen so I did not have to look for those. I am very pleased and hapy that my move went so smooth and everything was great. I will recommend All My Sons to my friends and family. Keep up the good work! Thank you.

nightmare move

I contracted all my sons to move me locally and that's where the problem started.I was told on the phone that they were a family owned business and would be serviced by their people.I readily agreed to the moving services.Upon arrival to my dismay i found that i had been lied to.The movers that arrived were subcontractors or should i say hired crackheads.They started moving my furniture by the hourly rate we agreed to and slowly turned a two room move into something else.They were rough with my furniture turning some things up on end.Once loaded we left en route to our new home.the drivers deliberately drove extremely slow to make more money.Once they arrived they opened the truck to find that the truck had been loaded improperly causing the whole load to shift. My anger mounted as i began to notice that i had damaged items.
At that point i tried to make contact with the company which began giving me the run a round.They gave me websites that didn't exist as well as claim numbers to use. Just more of the run a round. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.

Very disappointed

I chose this company because it had great reviews, but my move was the worst moving experience I've ever had. I've lived all over the world, Europe, Asia, the Americas, so I'm not new to moving around. The movers came really late and brought a truck that was too small, so they couldn't move all of my things. They didn't bring packing materials, although I specifically said I would need some help packing, they broke a figurine, damaged the wall at my new house and put my baby's crib together wrong. Also, be prepared to pay for their smoke breaks. When I called the managers to complain I was promised compensation, which the dispatcher and next set of movers were unaware of. I had to set up another move date. The head mover of the second crew was upset that he wasn't told of the compensation promised and preceded to yell at me demanding my credit card. I'm 5' 2" and this guy was close to 6'; it was just me and my 9 month old baby, but rather than cowering from this guy I yelled back. The whole experience was horrible. The manager was finally able to allay the disagreement over the phone, but not until after he denied promising me compensation all together. I was really disappointed. I was promised the best move I have ever experienced, but it was the worst. Hire at your own risk.

I am taking the time out of my night to write about thew best experience i had with all my sons movers they were great, on time, curteous, and very professional guys I moved here locally from oklahoma city to edmond where i purchased my new home and it ws the best and most Cost effective way to move they were the best movers i have ever used yet all my sons is great and keep it up guys im proud to have been moved by you guys as well my estimate was under the price as quoted which was the biggest plus of them all.....thanks,

I decided to use All My Sons because of the price and the non pushy attitude on the phone and I'm glad I did. The crew was swift and showed extreme professionalism, I received regular updates from the office as to when the move was happening. It was a very nice experience, I would recommend them to anyone.

Great Office Move

The move I had today went great, the crew was awesome. On of my partners and I thought they were outstanding and did a wonderful job. I felt that they worked very efficiently together and they got my office moved beautifully, the office was very helpful and crew was rated 10+. If I ever have to move again I will defiantely callagain, I really want to thank All My Sons for doing my move so well.

The move went very well. The crew was friendly and polite, they did not take any breaks during my move. They were very effiecient and were in and out of both my homes, the office staff was very helpful as well.

I reviewed other movers in the yellow pages and chose All My Sons and I'm glad I did. They have great customer service, the movers are fast and efficient.
