    We are a real hobby shop. We have been for more than 20 years. We also have been racing at our own tracks that we have had for our customers for 20 years. We also assist people out of our area who do not have good shops nearby. It is YellowPages.com wording that confused you. - Larry

    Bad Customer Service

    I bought two helicopter from them. Two weeks later one of the helicopters caught on fire while I was flying it. Keep in mind these are indoor helicopters. I took the helicopter to the shop to be replaced. They accused me of purposely damaging the helicopter. Here is my question: Should the helicopter ever start on fire no matter what I did to it? This is a huge liability issue and Larry's didn't want to own up to it. Larry's told me to contact THEIR SUPPLIER to resolve the issue. My next option was to buy the replacement part from Larry at retail price. The part cost half of what I paid for the whole helicopter. I would NOT recommend Larry's to anyone!

    Customer service is ok could have been better when fixing a defective part on a motorized boat that we purchased there
