Looking for a limousine service and keep finding bad reviews about this company. Too many to take a chance booking with this company. Also, found a website: http://www.luxurylimousinedearbornbankruptcy.com/ States they are in BANKRUPTCY. I'll keep looking for a limousine service that I can be sure will be around for my big day.

I just read all these reviews and needed to tell my story too! I have been fuming about this since my disastrous wedding day! Owner Sam Zahr told me the car I had reserved a year in advance was broke down, however after doing my own investigation I find out it wasn't broke down but at the Midwest Auto Auction on Telegraph because it had been repocessed by the bank for non payment. They sent me a different car from the one I had left a deposit on, it couldn't accommodate my wedding party, it smelled, and the driver didn't speak very good English. When I called Sam Zahr owner of luxury limousine to complain about my experience he was rude and very unprofessional and he also did not speak good English and lied and said he was the manager. He refused to give me my money back and now will not return my phone calls. I hope channel 4 does expose this company and Sam Zahr for their dishonest business dealings and they shut them down. I work very hard for my money and feel so cheated that this company took my money and I did not get what I paid for. It is so unfair! As bad as our economy is in Michigan to have a business out their stealing money that we work so hard for. Then what does he do declares bankruptcy and walks away scott free! What a racket!!!!!!! Does that stop him from taking more deposits, more money? (NO!) Buyer Beware Luxury Limousine will take your money and not give you what you pay for do not use this company!!!!

MY BOSS ASKED ME TO GET A NICE LIMO FOR A GROUP OF PEOPLE COMING FROM OUT OF TOWN TO SPEND 2 NIGHT IN DETROIT WE USED LUXURY LIMO FOR AIPORT PICKUP AND NIGHT OUT ON THE TOWN THEY WERE GREAT AND SERVICE WAS EXTRA SPECIAL THEY EVEN ARRANGE A VIP RESERVATION AT THE MGM GRAND CASINO MY GROUP DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE WHEN THEY MENTION LUXURY LIMO THIS A GREAT COMPANY I TOTALLY RECOMEND LUXURY LIMO FOR ANY EVENT ! GOOD JOB AND WE THANK YOU .

I USED LUXURY LIMO FOR MY BIRTHDAY AFTER MY FREIND USED THEM IT WAS GREAT DRIVER ON TIME LOOKING VERY PROFESSINAL AND HELPFUL VEHICLE IS CRAZY MERCEDS LIMO I NEVER SEEN SOMETHING LIKE THAT IN MY LIFE IT GOT KAREOKE MACHINE THEY EVEN DECORATED MY LIMO WITH THE BIRTHDAY PACKAGE IT WAS GREAT GO LUXURY !!! I WILL BE REFERRING A LOT TOWARD YOUR WAY.

I first would like to say that i never had gotten a limo before but i truly loved how this company from the person booking my limo, to the driver were so careful for my feelings and my plans.
I had my wedding this summer and it turned out amazing they came and picked me up early in the morning took all of us ladies to get our hair done and even brought us lunch with snacks. the driver was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. ....They even sent us a car at the end of the night to take us to our hotel. i loved the service and the vehicle that they sent me ......Escalade Limo it looked brand new and was soo fun we played karaoke all the way to our reception where they laid down the red carpet was sooo great :)

I used this company for my Bachelorette Party over the weekend and it was horrible. The guy left us stranded in Royal Oak for 2 hours while we had been calling him to come get us and his phone was off. When he finally came back to pick us up it was well after 2 am and he had some lame excuse that the limo actually broke down. He had someone driving around with him in the front seat and we had talked to other limo drivers that had seen him driving around Royal Oak with this girl so he obviously lied. The limo breaking down also does not explain why his phone was turned off for like 2 hours, and then all the sudden it worked again. DON'T USE THEM!!!!!! I have them booked for my wedding and now I am really nervous that they won't show up or the limo will break down again!!!!!!!!

Save yourself a tearful wedding

Do not, NOT hire these people!! They ruined the end of what was supposed to be my perfect wedding. First of all, we were promised lunch, we never got any. Me, my groom, and wedding party arrived at the reception starving. We were told the limo would be decorated- wasn't!!! We were promised a "Red Carpet". The red carpet they provided us was nothing but a dinky maroon floor mat! The limo driver had NO IDEA where she was going- we had to look up maps on our cell phones to help her out. AND THE WORST PART- They were supposed to pick me, my groom, and my parents up after the wedding and drive us home. That was the only reason we hired them. THEY NEVER CAME. I was left STRANDED at the hall on my wedding night! My poor family had to jam 6 people in my dad's car, with all our presents and flowers. We had to call a groomsman to come back from his hotel and get us! Luxury Limo never offered any explanation as to why they never picked us up. They avoided my phone calls for a week. When they finally agreed to give us a SMALL REFUND, it took close to a month to get it in the mail. This is the most unprofessional business I worked with for my wedding. They should stick to driving around drunkards on bar crawls and leave weddings alone.

We all work for money and i do but let me assure you that i have passion and respect for my wedding because this my bread and butter and this the main income for the company we work so hard to make especially the bride and groom happy in big day like their wedding. I don't know who you are and what day i did your wedding but please call me direct this my cell phone 313-999-2555 and let me know what happen and if we did something wrong i promis and i assure u you will be accomadate it. Otherwise i hope nobody bad mouth my company because we are the largest limo selection in michigan and the reason why i open limo company because i had a bad experience in limo company on my wedding date. once again sorry for all this problem on your wedding date if it occured. - Sam
