utter disregard for your belongings

DO NOT, repeat, DO NOT use this company. They have utter disregard for your personal belongings. The dresser broke, several boxes were totally destroyed, the wardrobe boxes were scrunched in half, small fragile boxes were underneath heavy boxes, fragile boxes were dropped, etc. There was a box with a set of pots in it, never opened, and was totally destroyed and the pots were falling out of it. I was moving into storage, and boxes I want to have easier access to, I wanted put aside so they could be placed in front. So they started loading the unit from the front. When I tried to get them to change that, they gave me attitude. In the end, the upper 5 feet of the whole unit was essentially unused, and -- not everything fit.
Adding insult to injury, when they finished, the door wouldn't close because a box on the bottom of a pile was in the way. So the guy sat on the floor and kicked and jammed the box until the door closed. After they left, I opened the door to take a look. When I tried to close it again, it wouldn't close for the same reason. I had to open it again and re-arrange a large portion in order to move the box that was on the bottom of that pile, so the door would close.
Now I have to hire other people to go in there and re-arrange so that everythings fits. Working with this company will only add stress to your move. You don't need it.

I'm still disputing charges made by this company after CANCELING with them. Read the reviews, better yet go to the better business bureau and check out the F they scored.

They are crooks - beware. Fake names, no paper trail, damaged goods, no recourse, cash only. I wish I had read these reviews before I gave them thousands of dollars to steal and damage all my belongings.

This company subcontracts your move apparently to anyone who has a truck! The company only owns 6 trucks, you do the math. You will NEVER be able to speak to anyone in charge.
My movers arrived 12 hours late in the middle of the night. (First clue I should have sent them away. ) They spoke little English, were upset I wasn't paying cash. Charge for packing my mattress and box springs $250.00 cash. (Go and buy heavy plastic mattress bags for $10.00 each.) This company knows that you are counting on them and they take every advantage of that, knowing that at the last minute it is too late to make other plans.
I would never, ever use an internet mover again! There is virtually no government oversight of these movers, so they make the most of that by getting your money and your commitment and then doing whatever they have to do to meet minimum laws. Your shipment is worth many times what you pay to move it. Your only recourse may be a refund if you fail to receive your goods.

NEVER USE THEM! Every word is a lie. They under estimated the cost of my move. Promised me a specific delivery date and time and then showed up 3 days later. You can never get a hold of them. They broke half of my stuff and ignored any markings (ie "fragile"). If you like your stuff and value your time, go with any other moving company!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are a disgrace to the moving business.

We set up with these people and they are very quick to respond and get your deposit and promise you great service. BEWARE...They NO SHOWED on us even after I called and tried to verify the day and time 2 and 3 days before. I was told:
1. "The truck is broken"-by Becky (She said she would call back in 15 min) never heard from her again
2. "I don't see you on the list"
3. "The truck is delayed"
4. "There was never an agent assigned to your job" this was the day OF THE MOVE (Rafael the MANAGER!!)
I have asked for the name of the CEO and will report it to the Better Business Bureau. SAVE YOURSELF..do not put youself in the same situation we had to deal with..it was a nightmare. I have YET to get my deposit returned..but I WILL ..no metter what it takes!

Failed to show up

I recently had a move scheduled with this company and they called at 2:30 pm the day before my move and left a message on my phone stating they weren't able to come. No explanation just we won't be there. I called them back and the gentlemen on the other end was nonchalant like this happens all the time. I was furious. I had given them a deposit which I demanded be returned to me immediately and all I was told is the finance department is closed but we will let them know.
They had no concern that they were leaving me stranded and without movers. Finally he said the truck had broken down in LA that morning. I asked why it took until 2:30 to notify me and he had no answer. When I called back on Monday to inquire about the deposit and talk to a manager, I received no apology or explanation just a run around which gave the impression that this is their normal course of business.
I finally talked to a finance person who was the only individual who was nice and understanding and she did get my money refunded.
I do not recommend this company, they have no concern about your situation or leaving you stranded with out movers the day before your move. I wouldn't be suprised if they had the reputation of not even showing up by the way they handled my situation.
After researching the company they are a broker not a moving company and a fly by night company at that. Use Galaxy moving. They are the best for the Victorville, CA Area or call S & P moving for other areas outside Victorville CA.

If you are a perfectionist, these are your movers. Authorized Movers came early, carefully inspected, most organized, careful and friendly movers I have ever worked with. Their customer service is a 10, and so was their moving ability. They quickly moved me. You get what you pay for with them. I would not hesitate to use them again!

These guys are amazing! They were incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient. I've had horrible experiences with movers and was dreading this move, but it was easy and painless because of the service I received from Authorized Movers. I really recommend Authorized Movers and will only be using them in the future
