The phone will be answered with a professional greeting. And we will explain in more detail to our clients how air fare is booked. Yes, we can research all flights and book it for you. And, Yes, in most cases it IS the same price as a client will find on the internet. Yes, we do have to charge a ticketing fee in order to pay for the agents and the administrative costs. Airlines DO NOT pay us any commissions, therfore we do not get paid for any bookings. We are a business and do have to make a few dollars in order to keep the lights on.
