As an owner of an Insurance Agency in Upper Arlington, Ohio I work in a relationship business. Typically when people call my office, they aren't having the best day so my agency needs to be available when my clients or potential clients need us. My clients Appreciate how CMS is able to keep that personal touch with my clients with a person to person phone call when we are in an appointment or closed for the evening. Our retention has improved and we are actually winning the business of new clients because of the personal attention that we are able to give each person that contacts my agency.
We recently move locations and any owner of a small business can understand how much of a head ache that can be. I was impressed with CMS's ability to help me transition from my old location to my new location with as little trouble as possible. Actually, during the move we were able to not miss a call, even when the phone companywas a couple days out on activating service at our new location. Michele even did a three way call to help walk me through what we needed to do to get our phone lines forwarded to the call center. This saved me so much time and actually made my agency money with the calls that we were able to follow up on and close on.
CMS is cost effective and essential to any small business. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a cost effective and professional way to servcie their inbound calls on a daily basis. As an owner of a small business, expense control is a vital part of our profability. CMS is consistently a profit center for my agency. Our Ophthalmic practice has been a client with CMS for over 7 years and we are extremely pleased with their service. They have great people answering their phones and their account management team is excellent to work with. They have always been responsive to our needs and quick to make suggestions when we have a need.

CMS recently asked us if we would be interested in reviewing their services and we thought it would be an excellent opportunity for us to thank them for the 7 years of exceptional service. We had worked with numerous call centers in the past and we could never find a service that was able to keep both the patients and the physcians happy until we began using CMS. Their staff is very conscientious and always willing to help. They make sure the oncalls receive the true emergency calls quickly and also make sure they aren't bothered with calls that can wait for the office to open. I would highly recommend CMS to any medical practice.

Continental Message, our answering service, is efficient and friendly. Agents reply promptly to any questions and are helpful in addressing any changes, as well as implementing desired changes. Problems that arise-whether their end, our end, or patient's end-are rare, but addressed promptly. Any research needed is done quickly and resolution is swift. . Even though contact is usually with one agent, there is always an agent available to assist in any way. The on-call web-site is fairly simple to use as well.

The company I work for has been using CMS for the last 4+ years, and I cannot praise them enough. Their front line operators do a great job for our customers, their customer service is quick to respond to all of my requests, and they are technically innovative.
I highly recommend CMS and commend their ownership with instilling a sense of pride and "can do" mindset in the people who work there.

I have used CMS for the past year as part of my Real Estate Investing Team. They are the link in my system that allows a personal touch 24/7 and allows me to focus on the important tasks at hand. They have been very responsive to my needs and solve any problems (perceived or real) in a timely manner.
I would recommend that you give CMS an opportunity to make your company more efficient without useless additional overhead.
