    I don't usually write reviews because I have very little free time but felt compelled to throw in my 2 cents after seeing a negative review of this company posted here. I am not certain what this customer actually experienced but this is far from the way the people at IHT have treated me. This is the only electronics store that I have ever walked into where I was immediately made to feel at home. I asked many , maybe too many , questions and got a well thought out and reasonable answer to all but one. In the case of that question the salesman did not immediately know the answer but promised to find out and call me back with the answer. He did that the following day. I really got the sense that they were trying to find out which of the many products they represent would work best for me. They actually asked me more questions about my needs than I would have thought possible and came up with some pretty cool ideas that I had never even considered. I got a great home theater system at IHT and I would not hesitate to recommend these folks to anyone who is looking for a good system at a good price.

    I wanted to make sure that I put in a good word for Innovative Home Theaters, because I was very dissappointed to read the review given by someone else about them. We have worked with IHT on several different renovation projects, and have had nothing but absolutely great things to say about their installation team, sales support, and design center. They are a step above any of their competitors(who we unforunately worked with in the past), and have provided nothing but excellent service to my wife and I. We have purchased several systems from IHT, including a dedicated home theater room, master bedroom surround system, and a family room media center; and they have met our expectations on every project. Their installers are very knowledgeable, and know how to talk to customers so that we understand what our options are. Their design center is absolutely incredible, and has some very cool ideas and products on display that you won't find anywhere else. I would certainly welcome IHT into my home again, and have continuosly recommended them to my family and friends. They are very professional, and have always treated us and anyone we know like we are their most important customers.

    I spoke to one of their sales professionals this morning. I was attempting to explain the services my company was in search of. I was rudely interrupted several times and was constantly spoke to in an condescending manor. Correct me if I am wrong, but they are in the business of customer service, not badgering potential clients. I would dare to doubt that their business is not experiencing the effects of the economic downfall and to shun a potential customer, I question how you they stay in business. We are prepared to put our project on high priority with a substantial budget, we want to deal with local professionals to handle the task appropriately. I am certain that this company is by no means equip to do so.
