Terry, Thanks again from Lori and I to you and your crew for the professional installation of our new furnace-A/C with heat pump. Everything went just as you stated and Tim spent time to show us how to operate the new thermostat as well as explain the equipment. We can't believe how quiet the new fan is-unbelieveable! We're ready for winter and won't have to be concerned about the heat. Sincerely, Greg Carlson
