Trustco Heating and Air

Frank, the owner of TrustCo Heating and Air, answered my first call right away. Being he was in the area, he actually swung by about 10 minutes after we first got off the phone to provide an estimate. He took the time to explain things to us and then gave us a more than fair estimate for the job the same day. Frank and his assistant, Marc, were tremendously professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We have numerous animals on the property, but they were more than willing to accommodate my requests to keep certain doors closed, etc. Frank even took the time to cut some of the bricks that lined our landscaping so they would be useful for creating a new boundary for the central air unit outside. They even re-routed some of the lines and wires to the central air unit that ranged across the inside of our garage to allow for more accessibility. It took Frank and Marc two days to complete the entire job and their work was exceptional. Before the new central air unit was installed (our previous unit was from the early 90’s) we didn’t get much cool air upstairs. With this new unit (Coleman) we now have a consistent temperature throughout the home, which made us both EXTREMELY happy. The heater is also Coleman and has a unique feature where, based on the temperature, the unit will decide whether to fire all of the burners or only a few. Again, that was Frank’s recommendation and we are extremely happy with it.

All in all, Frank and Marc did amazing work. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the work and the price. We had a few different companies stop by for estimates and no one beat TrustCo’s estimate. And let me tell you, they are worth every penny. You won’t be disappointed.

In the height of winter season my heater stopped working. After calling and explaining my problem, Frank came out, diagnosed the problem and had the heater up and running in no time and at a very reasonable cost.
The following day, it stopped working again from another problem. Frank answered my call right away and came over. After giving me options to choose from, I chose the best one for me. Frank worked ALL day to ensure that my heater was functioning safely and efficiently. Even though this cost was way more than I bargained for, I felt that the price was reasonable for the work that needed to be done.
Frank was recommended to me and I am passing on the recommendation: fast and reliable service. He explains what he is doing. He doesn't add-on other work. He and his partner were very personable and I will use him in the future for maintenance on my system and for any problems that may arise.

After reading all the reviews I called Trustco Heating and Air to come out to fix a furnace issue we were having. He came out the same day and quickly service our furnace. After working with another heating company that was unable to identify the issue I was amazed at how well Frank knew every component of a rather complicated old furnace setup. It turned out to be a rather easy repair and Frank charged a very fair price. I highly recommend Trustco to anyone and will definitely call him first next time I have a heating issue. Trustco's motto a company you can trust is 100% correct! We had a major leak with our ac over the weekend (july heatwave) and looked up Hvac repair in NEphilly to find Trustco. My wife and I read the reviews and all of them were correct! They returned our call the same night and came out right away. Frank took the his time to explain everything and did a Great Job! Trustco went above and beyond went it came to my AC unit repair...I saw big savings in my energy bill this summer..I would recommend Trustco to anybody for their AC or Heating repairs. Way to go...TRUSTCO!

I called Frank on a Sunday about 2 pm because my air condtioner was not working correctly. He was at my house by 3 pm just like he said. He then not only had the part to fix it and did, he was very pleasant about it. Frank is the MAN !!!!

The name 'Trustco' is the biggest clue. Trust is important to Frank and his team, and it shows in the name they are known by. They have done annual service on our furnace for years and (last summer) replaced our Hot Water heater within the tight budget we requested ! They have also replaced leaking pipes in our 80 year old home. I would trust Trustco with any Heating/A.C. project. I would trust them with my home, my dog, my wife, my kids, my grandkids (really). There is no other company I have that much trust in !

I was very satisfied with Trustco. They were flexible with my work schedule and responded immediately to my problem. The work was done professionally and I appreciated the guarantee on the parts and labor. I would certainly recommend Trustco for anyone with air conditioning or heating problems.

I highly recommend Trustco. I called because my central A/C unit went out on a 90 degree holiday weekend. Frank came right out, fixed the problem, and charged a fair price. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

With very little notice, Frank was able to come to my house on a cold night to repair my boiler. He made a lot of safety checks and adjustments so that my boiler would work more efficiently. I called Trustco to fix my tenants heat and he went out the same day and did fix the heat, Two weeks later the same problem and the heat shut off and they came out again. Two weeks later the same problem happened again. I called Trustco and they said they would be there that afternoon and never showed up nor did they call, My tenants went two days without heat becasue of this. I called another company who came out and fixed the real problem.



I will never use Trustco again.
