    Perzel Agency + Erie Ins=Great Team

    I've been a customer of Erie Insurance and the Perzel Agency for over 10 years. The coverage and the customer service are superior. I was in an auto accident, called in my claim on a Saturday, Erie had a claims adjuster out to look at my van and within a week I had the check in my hands. The customer service at the Perzel agency is excellent and the staff is knowledgeable.

    Being a busy person staying on top of my insurance needs always use to slips through the cracks. I started using the Perzel Agency about 10 years ago and have finally found a way to stay on top of my changing insurance needs. Simply, they handle everything. They let me know when my limits were to high, they called me when they thought my limits were to low. One of the best decisions I made personally and for my businesses.
