Very Unhappy Customer

We purchased an RV 2-1/2 weeks ago. Our salesman stated the used vehicle would be cleaned and prepped, and guaranteed us they'd checked, and everything was in good working order. We scheduled delivery for the next week. When we called to confirm delivery, his response was "I don't see it happening". I called the Gen Mgr and advised him of the situation and he stated he would look into it and call me the next morning. In his defense, he was not in the office and it was late in the day. He did call the next morning and set up the delivery for that week. We arrived to pick up the RV and do the walk through....the RV had NEVER been cleaned (which they charged us $299.00 for). Carpet stained, bathrom covered in old urine, floors dirty, nothing had been touched. We went to the Gen Mgr and he gave us a $40 gift card and asked us to give them time to get it ready. We could only allow so much time as the RV was going to a permanent site and there were people waiting to get it onsite and leveled. I asked that the bathroom and carpets be cleaned, and I would clean the rest of it. After setup, we find, this is the short list: bathroom was only cleaned where you could see when you opened the door, toilet bottom leaks and does not hold water in the bowl, shower leaks into storage below, kitchen sink trap leaks, bedroom window leaks, we have no hot water pressure, and the black tank had not been emptied from the previous owner, (being sprayed with sewage is not acceptable!). On Monday, we went to the dealership and gave the list of issues to the salesman. He said it will be taken care of this week. Today we were told none of it will be addressed until a week from tomorrow. Now, our phone calls are not being returned!!! At this point I will be posting this review on evey website available. Shady Maple needs to work on customer service, because it is NON-EXISTENT. I wonder how Mr. & Mrs. Weaver would have felt about treating customers this way????
