    Don't get sucked into Anelli's Smoke & Mirrors Snake Oil Side Show. Once he steals your money the show is over and all efforts / communications end. At best a para-legal will answer all of your questions incorrectly. Anelli lacks even the common decency to respond to your concerns. I fired his incompetent / lying / half wit firm, in writing on two occasions and he refused to let go. The Syracuse Bar Association and the NYS Attorney General were notified and did nothing. Your stuck with his total lack of defense - once he's hired. As the judge was filling out the paperwork for my conditional license his employee / "lawyer" told the judge I wasn't eligible (Serious DWI defense ???). You've been warned. Anelli has an extremely mis-leading advertising program - period. His firm missed two court dates and did absolutely nothing for my defense. If he was any good - would he need to advertise so much ? Since I was not from the Syracuse area he sub-contracted the job to a local criminal lawyer, who knew less about the DWI laws than I did. If you hire his firm you will regret it.

    To Anelli Xavier: From: Leroy Williams "I would like to express my profound gratitude of two of your attorneys. They were my lawyers in a DWI case when I was facing a felony. When my attorney took my case there was several things he said but one that stayed in my mind was that he couldn't promise the outcome but that he would represent me with all of his skills and experiences in DWI cases. The one thing that he did not tell me was but I learned over time was how he took this case personal. The characteristics found in my attorney is not found in my contact but is one important element that made me feel so special that he not only was my attorney representing a customer but someone that cared. I remember the first day we met. He tried to calm me down from being nervous in court. The 1st charge was a Felony, he had the Felony reduced to a misdemeanor. When a man is facing jail time and you have an attorney like him, and you look at his body language, you listen how he articulates and I knew I was in good hands. I knew that he wasn't fighting for a customer but fighting for a someone who he cared about. I last day I was in court he was able to get my felony reduced to a simply violation. From the DA, to the Court Clerk, he's able to have them work with him to get through the red tape. He has book sense needed in court and also the common sense needed in court but the one special component he has is compassion and respect for members of the court. In conclusion, I would like to thank my entire legal team (at Anelli Xavier) for there services.
