    High quality service but reasonable price. I called 3 places before asking them to come to my place to fix my computer. They seemed to have the best rate. I had a pleasant experience from beginning to end and best of all my computer is fixed.

    I have called this company several times for a several locations I manage. So far it has been a good experience. I simply call up and they show up. Cant beat that. We have basic issues but so far they have fixed them every time. They have made my job much easier. In the past I had to find companies in each area to fix the problem.

    I was impressed with the way this company handled my requests. I called and was quickly speaking with someone who was able to determine what my problems were and how long it would take to fix. I was able to schedule someone to come out when I was available and not around someone else schedule. Very impressive. I didnt sit home all day like I did with the cable company who screwed up my computer in the first place with their extra software. A tech arrived and looked at the computer then was able to determine thatb the cable companies software was conflicting with other software on my computer. The man was able to fix it and away he went. This is a company I will call again if I ever have a problem.

    I was so impressed with the way this company handled setting up my appointment right down to the young man they sent to repair my computer. If you want it done fast and done right, these are the people you want to talk to. I called on a Wednesday and they had a tech out to me the next day; a nice young man who knew what he was doing.

    We had Techs in a Sec out about 2 weeks ago. The man on the phone was wonderful and we had a tech out the very next morning. He was great and he got everything fixed in no time! Then this past Monday morning, another computer had some issues, so I called Techs in a Sec again. The same tech came out later that same day! I will never use anyone else! If you need your computer fixed, CALL THEM!!! TECHS IN A SEC ROCKS!!!!

    I haven't even used this company yet but just calling I got a really helpful man on the phone. He explained what could be needed minimally and what could be the maximum based on what I told him was wrong with the stupid computer. I will most likely use this company based on his honesty rather than the others I've already contacted for pricing.
