A must for any sports fan!

Obviously good for watching the big games but a lot less crowded and less expensive during lunch and weekdays. The kids (and I) enjoy playing the games and you can get twice as many points for the same price if you go during their happy hour.

Not too bad....if you got money.

A fun place but too pricey on ...EVERYTHING! Lets go to LODO for better sport bars with much much cheaper price.

ESPN Zoink

This place does for sports bars what disco did for music. Overpriced, overhyped, it is definitely not a place to go watch a game. There are plenty other places downtown that are cheaper and better for watching the game.

sports, games, scenery...

I have no idea what the below "not recommendeds" are all about but those are as far from the truth as you can possibly get. I've been going to ESPN Zone since it opened in '01 and I have not been disappointed once. Was there with a friend and her two kids, no problems. Been there with a few of my underage friends, and no problems either. the Staff is awesome, food is great and it's one of the best places to watch the game. The Sports Arena is always a lot of fun. I especially like the miniature bowling alley. Sure it's a bit expensive, but it's worth it.

If You Like Thugs........
Posted by cyman1 on 12/28/2003
My wife and five kids were recently enjoying a night here, when the management stepped up and showed their distaste for children, rudeness and lack of intelligence in problem resolution. The drinks are very expensive. The service is very poor. The games are not a bargain needless to say. Mty family has never been treated this horribly anywhere or at anytime than at this unfriendly dump. I suggest D&B's or Red & Jerry's before spending a dime at this kid hating hole.

PUSHY PEOPLE
Posted by samit_thakkar on 09/25/2003
You'd expect to go here and watch the game in a nice lively environment. Instead they push you to spend $5-$10/hour/person. So you're looking at spending atleast $20-$30/person, only to be pushed by their waiters, so they can get someone else on your table and make more money. Really bad policy. If you're spending so much for each game, for such a horrible service, you might as well go to the game and have much more fun..

Great food, fun & service - Honest!

Totally fun, enjoyable experience all around. My girlfriend loved her apple walnut blue cheese salad (HUGE) and my ribs were tremendous. Service was top notch...right pace, really friendly but not too fake and in your face. Squeezed in some fun on the racing games before we had to run to our movie. Will definitely be back.

Excellent with some cons
Posted by cbreseman on 02/06/2003
ESPN Zone provides a good atmosphere to watch and holler for your sports teams. Staff was plenty helpful and friendly. My only complaint was it cost my buddy and I $25 for two beer and 15 hot wings. That is like $5 per beer, and a $1 per hot wing.
