Accel Human Performance

Accel Human Performance was created by Cory Gilday and Brandon Evenson. They are committed to offering the SW Washington/Portland Area the finest total integrated training programs to everyone.

Bio:

Cory Gilday. Exercise Physiologist/co-owner

Mr. Gilday has an extensive background in the realm of exercise. A 2 sport athlete at Central College in Pella, Ia. Cory starred on the gridiron for the Dutch as a Tailback and on the baseball diamonds as an all-star outfielder as well as earning a B.A. in Exercise Science and History. He signed and played one year of pro baseball in the Brewers organization.

He continued his education by attaining a M.S in Exercise Science: specializing in Injury Prevention and Performance Enhancement from California University of Pennsylvania. Cory also holds the following accreditations: National Strength and Conditioning Association - CSCS, National Academy of Sports Medicine-CPT, PES, and NIKE-SPARQ. He has worked with many professional athletes most notably Shaquille O' Neal.

Brandon Evenson, Marketing Director/Co-owner

Mr. Evenson is a well known and respected trainer in the Portland area. He has had an extensive athletic career in football still competing on several semi-professional football teams. Brandon holds the International Sport Science Association-CPT and the National Academy of Sports Medicine -CPT. Brandon also holds the coveted NIKE-SPARQ certification.
