    I love the staff here, I have been going to this studio for a few years now, and I have never had an unpleasant visit. I have a 7 month old daughter, and I'm in the studio about every 2-3 weeks. And I have never ever had a bad session. I do recommend please be on time, because they get busy, I had to wait a little over an hr, because I was about 30-45 mins late, but what did I except? Most studios would have to you to reschedule. Very friendly group of people. I adore Grace she is amazing, She is great, her staff are also great. The Portrait club membership is very useful, if you take a lot of pictures like myself.

    I really like this JC Penney studio. From the time I called in to make the appointment to selecting our pictures, I was very impressed with the staff. Up front they made sure we understood what we needed to do to get a good portrait. They went above and beyond to find out what we wanted for our pictures and made sure we got the right shots. It's always challenging taking pitcures of small children. We have a two year old that can't sit still for more than a second and a 6 month old who can barely sit up. The photographer was very patient, respectful and courteous. And nobody cried!
