    To the manager of the Old Mohawlk Restaurant; My son and I were in there this past tuesday with a friend of my son's for lunch around 2pm in the afternoon. I was informed that one of your servers had called my place of employement to let their servers know how much my son's bill came to and what he tiped. I can not remember the servers name but I do not think that it was appropriate for your staff to call another restaurant to tell my buisness to. If it is possible, please e-mail me back and let me know what can be done about this. Thank your for your time and understanding.

    German Village is a cute area to begin with; then there are places like Old Mohawk, a leftover from the 20's according to the building history inside. It's a cozy and casual restaurant, and you can read a little about the different uses the building has been through. A nice touch considering that GV does have some great old buildings with good stories.They have good and reasonably priced food, and it is worth a visit. The crust-less pizza bake is good- basically baked pasta with a fabulous amount of cheese and sauce. The spicy black bean burger is good, too. Caution: it can get a bit busy and they won't seat till your entire party is there.

    Old Mohawk Restaurant is located in a residency area east of downtown Columbus. It's actually a little bit difficult to find it without a map. The atmosphere is pretty casual and the service there is ok. It's a place that friends can hang out together. Sometimes it's a little bit noisy inside but most time you can just sit next to the window and quietly enjoy your food.
