On the night of my bestfriends 18th birthday we were all excited waiting for our limo to arrive at 9pm. Problem is they called 10 minutes before time to show cancelling and said "we understand if you choose another company" Wow I couldnt believe they gave us their approval seems how it was 8:50pm and no limo services able to come to our rescue! A business for 17 years made my friends 18th turn into a night of disappointment. Congrats Frank you managed to be the ower of the company who ruined her birthday!
