They kept me from heat stroke last summer, and recently, I was saved again (from freezing in December). I am so grateful for their quick response to both of my emergencies. Now I am smarter, and just call them to check out my systems before the seasons.

The 5-star rating is what caught my eye when searching for someone to come look at my home furnace. I was hesitant to call, thinking with 5 stars they'd charge me an arm & a leg, but I found their prices to be comparable to others in the area, and I was impressed with how honest and up front Kevin was with their fee's. After explaining that my house wouldn't warm up past 64 degrees for the 3rd day now, Kevin wondered when the filters had last been replaced/cleaned. Good question....now why didn't I think of that? Because until recently, I never had to worry about these types of things. Since I called from work on a Friday, and wouldn't be able to check the filters until early evening, Kevin said not a problem, he'd put me on his stand-by list and wait for my call. Really? On a Friday even? ok.....so I ended up calling him back because it didn't appear to be the filters causing the problem. Kevin was out to my house that night by 6:30 and left by 6:45. Unfortunately for me, it was indeed the filters - something so simple and easy to take care of - but lucky for Kevin! He's gained a customer for life. After giving me the step-by-steps of cleaning furnace filters (and being ever so patient about it!) he maintained his composure while I kept kicking myself for wasting his and my time. To make matters a little less painful, he knocked the service call fee down a bit, which I greatly appreciated. Thanks again for taking the time Kevin! All of the reviews are true. I had done my research to find the best service but fair price. If you ever read reviews you may wonder if they are just some of the employees writing them for some type of incentive. This is the farthest thing from the truth with All Area Inc. I believe that each review is 100% true and accurate after they came out. These guys are all about the costumer. I run my own small business during the summer so I know how important it is to take care of your costumers. Kevin and his crews obviously take pride in their work and really care about you as their costumer.

Our old boiler would not reignite this past weekend and temps got down to -45 windchill, so our top floor got into the upper 30's. Panicked, we called everywhere, but no one knew how to work on our old boiler. All Area answered the call and they were out within three hours on a Sunday. Though the model proved a beast to work on given its age, eventually the owner himself came out to finish the job. They had all of the necessary parts with them, explained everything in detail and the owner offered us what we felt was a great price. We were so thankful for the fast service, the quality repair and the exceptional value. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the Twin Cit1es, they're great!

On a very cold, weekend day, our boiler went out. I contacted All Area mechanical, and they had a repair person over to our house almost immediately. They did a fantastic job on the repair, and even gave us a discount on the work that they did. I could not be happier with the work that they did. Kevin was a pleasure to work with, and I will recommend All Area to anyone for all their heating or cooling home needs.

Above and Beyond

Kevin and the crew at All Area were amazing. My furnace went out during the coldest week of the year (negative temps to zero for a high!) Many other companies gave me the run around and I saw that All Area had excellent reviews and now I know why. I unfortunately had a temperamental furnace and after a diagnostic, no issues could be found and my furnace was up and running. My furnace went out again and Kevin answered my very early morning phone call. He had someone at my home very quickly to look at it again, no questions asked. It was determined that I needed a thermostat and a new part. However, luck was not on my side and the furnace conked out in the middle of the night. I had a rather difficult to determine issue. Kevin wasn't afraid to admit he was puzzled and then went above what he needed to do and called a troubleshooter for the furnace manufacturer. Together they determined what was wrong and he fixed it for a very reasonable cost. Now my furnace is running once again. All Area Mechanical has exceptional customer service and they went above and beyond, because they truly do care about the customer. I would definitely recommend All Area to others, and I wouldn't hesitate to call if I ever need heating/air conditioning service.

After working a 10 hour day at my job I came home to find that my furnace was not working. Trying to find someone to come out and look at it while the big Monday night Viking game was going on was impossible. After several calls to different companies I tried All Area and Kevin said he would come take a look. Kevin knew right away what the problem was, and was able to get it working. I would highly recommend All Area.

Exceptional Customer Service

My boiler went out on a Friday in late November. The boiler heats the water for both domestic use and in-floor heating. It was about 15 degrees and a major snowstorm was forecasted for Saturday. I tried calling several HVAC contractors on Friday night and early Saturday. Some contractors couldn���t help until Monday, and the rest did not even call back. I got All Area Inc���s name and number from the tech support person for the manufacturer of my boiler. I called the number and Kevin Todd answered. He was in Circle Pines at the time, and I live in Bloomington. And it was snowing heavily at the time. Nevertheless, he said he was willing to help. The tech support person told me I needed a new motor. I gave Kevin the model number of my boiler and the name of the distributor so he could call them to see if he could get the part. He did that and found out he could get a new motor. He told me that the distributor (located in Plymouth) would be closed by the time he got there but the distributor would open up for him for $50. Before getting the motor Kevin called me to tell me how much it cost and an estimate for the cost to install it. After giving him the ok, Kevin got the motor around 5:30 pm on a Saturday night and then drove to my house and installed it. A short while later we had hot water again. Kevin did a great job and was pleasure to work with. If you want excellent customer service, call him. I will definitely call Kevin again, whether it���s an emergency or not.

More than expected

Kevin and his team were exactly what I needed the day my boiler/furnace stopped working. They cam out after hours to get me up and running and saved me $3,000 off what the other guys wanted to have me do. My five renters in that house got heat back the same day I called them and I didn���t have to get a new Furnace. Granted I know I will need to in the future now but Kevin���s 30 plus years of experience bought us the time to make an educated and planned decision rather than a emergency furnace install. Thank you Kevin for walking me through over the phone a very urgent and confusing series of events that was necessary to get my furnace running. I feel confident All Area Inc has customer focused people with experienced knowledge.

I can honestly say that Kevin is insane! I called All Area late on a Sunday during the hottest stretch we have had this year. Mind you it was late Sunday and damn hot. My mother is asthmatic and relies on air conditioning for breathing purposes. To make a long story short this guy Kevin answers the phone (I totally expected to have to leave a message and a return call would come Monday). I went into the speel and all of the sudden the next thing I know he's on his way over there. Not only did this guy leave his family but he worked his behind off trying to get my mothers air conditioning working. He took the time to explain to her what was wrong, what it would take to fix it etc. Seriously this guy is incredible. A very top notch classy company. He has the best prices in town and again the best customer service I have ever had in a long long time. Thank you Kevin and your family who gave up their Sunday to help us.
