Amazing place!! SO beautiful, SO comfortable and friendly, It is like NO dentists office you have ever visited. Go see the WHALE SHARK mural of black granite the show piece of the lobby,. Super nice staff and Dr. Haze will tell you a great joke every time you see him. You leave HAPPY from the dentist office, no I am not numb!!! GO you will not be able to go anywhere else.

another dental office that doesn't care

We went to this Dentist for about 10 years before they moved to the new office.Before they moved there the staff was WONDERFUL and so was the dentist. Now they don't care and all you hear is how the techs hate everything. This new office has been open for about a year now. The staff is unfriendly. Appointments are almost impossible to get. Hygenists clean your teeth so fast that they couldn't find anything wrong if they tried. Everything is REALLY rushed. The office is cold and unwelcoming. It seems like a chain of dentists. There are so many different people in and out. They call to confirm like a week in advance so you forget when the time actually comes around.
Dr. Haze is wonderful. He really does care, but honestly, you are LUCKY if you get to see him.

A Dentist who cares!

I've had my bad luck with dentists in the past.
Dr. Haze is wonderful. He has called after hours to see how I was doing after a procedure.
If you have pain, his office can usually get you in right away.
Would highly recommend him!

Love it, love it, and love it. I came to this office to see about getting dentures because I was tired of being in pain and I simply could not afford any extensive work. All I knew was that every time I went to a dentist they charged me thousands of dollars for one tooth, and I was still in pain -a few days later (like Chinese food). Dr Haze convinced me to treat my gums as well as my teeth. I did, I did exactly that. I needed a few root canals and a few caps. Nowhere near as much as my last dentist wanted to charge. That S.O.B actually told be to re-fi my house to pay for my treatment ($40,000).
I am 62 and still beautiful. I have a full set of real choppers. Thank you Dr. Haze. God Bless.

During the holidays I had a denal appointment and when I arrived I saw in the corner a box where I could donate stuff to send to the soldiers in Iraq. Items like socks, dirnk packages and Christmas cards. Being a retired vet, serving in 2 wars, this made me glad our troops weren't forgotton. Thanks Valleywide Dental.

Great doctor

I just love Dr. Bischoff. She is so gentle and concerend about doing her best to take care of my teeth. I came in on the wrong day, I thought my appiontment was on the 12th and took the day off, it was actually on the 25th, they still saw me because I took the day off and Dr. Bischoff never complained and was so concerned about me and making sure I was taking care of even when she worked through her lunch to make sure I had my work done so I wouldn't have to take another day off. Your the best Dr. Bischoff!

My mother was a patient of Dr. Haze for many years. At 90 she still drove and they would make her appointments in the morning so she sould be seen first. Afterwards they would walk her to her car and get her settled in and then wait 30 minutes and call her to see if she got home safely. After her stroke she inissted on going to see Dr. Haze. He and his staff treated her like she was their grandmother. They were respectful, kind and even caring. One of the girls called because they had not seen her in a while and I told her she passed away last month, she said she was very sorry to hear that and that she would make sure the doctor knew. The next day he sent me the most beautiful arrangement with a note telling me how wonderful he thought my mother was and how he would miss her. If I did not live in Redding, I would be going there too. Thank you for caring.

I have been coming to see Dr. Haze for 6 years. His staff is always friendly and I love talking with all the girls there. They are so sweet and caring. The assistants go out of their way to make me feel comfortable, they offer me blankets if I am cold or even offer to go get me something to drink. What service.

Bob Haze is the greatest. He's friendly and genuinnely cares about his patients. I went through a rough time and broke a tooth, he told me I should not have waited so long to be seen. I told him our finances were tight that is why I waited so long, he asked me what I could afford to pay, then he told the treatment person to work out the details and they did the work. It took 6 months for me to pay off the bill, but they never called, never sent me threatening letters, they just said as long as you continue to live up to your bargan with Dr. Haze we are fine.

I have been a patient of Dr. Haze since he first opened his practice, after my car accident I was unable to work and Dr. Haze called me to ask me why I had not come back in for my check up. I told him I was not working and things were tight. He told me don't worry about it, come in and have my check up. Bob was so kind and he never billed me and when I was able to go back to work, I expected him to send me the bill. He never did. What a sweetheart.
