Restauranteur, composer and concert pianist Peter Vamos designed Peter's European cafe to evoke the ambience of Middle Europe's intimate cafes. The menu reflects that mood. Appetizers of potato, pumpkin or roasted almond and basil soup are followed by entrees like chicken paprikash and a choice of two kinds of goulash. Also featured are Hungarian crepes, one of which is filled with salmon, shrimp, mushrooms and caviar.
