Unexpected Additional Charge Doubled Cost! VERY BAD BUSINESS

With no phone call, no discussion of an additional charge, and no invoice sent to us, we were charged double for asking the driver to stay a little longer. I was originally quoted $60/hour for a shuttle to run from our reception location to a nearby hotel. When I called to schedule for 5p-12a, Bob said he would 'Do me a favor'. He would charge me $400 to start picking up at 5p and make as many trips as it took to get all guests to the reception. Then the driver would do the same at 11p. He was doing himself a favor and charging nearly as much as we would have spent and saving his driver hours of work. NO ONE rode to the hotel (my mistake). When the driver returned at 11p, everyone was still hanging out at the bar and we asked if the driver could come back a little later. The driver only needed to take a single trip. When we returned from the honeymoon, there was an additional charge of $400 on our card. After several calls and emails, he only agreed to refund a small fraction.
