This was a very bad experience. Their a SS law firm, Sorry I would call a group of unorganized people that has files setting all over the office floor, Instead of being filed or sorted in some kind of way that it doesn't give the representation of being a bunch of slobs. I called their office since my appointment was at 2:45 pm to ask where should I park, being that after 3:00 pm there is no parking along the streets, And the lady I told me (she didn't have a clue!) emphasised with a bad tone in her voice. The law office is at a old 2 story house. With parking for 2 vehicles, if one of them hangs out on the sidewalk aways. Okay, This all started because I have severe back issues, and if you have that problem, You know what I'm talking about. Found metered parking spot 2 blocks away. It's 12 degrees outside today. I walk into the office and it looks pretty well to be a mess. I come from a small town where a couple of law offices are in the old homes like this. The wood work is awesome and the places are well taking care of, But not this place. Your files are laying around and scattered all over the place. the admins are not very friendly and look to be just very routine. Like you get what you pay for people. The floors are filthy and the place looks to be Run Down, Inside and outside. Finally, After about an hour of waiting, I get called up and the person for my interview was upstairs. And I was asked. Can you make it upstairs?. hmmm, I'm injured and I can make it. But I shouldn't have to. It hurts every step of the way. So I get up the stairs, walk into an office and the Lady says: What can I do for you. At that point I could tell this was going to be like pissing in the wind. I hadn't filed yet myself and wanted to know what I needed to do. She ran off a quick line of how they can't do anything. 1/2 Minute conversation. 1: Make some parking and schedule accordingly, Knock down that junk garage. 2: Clean up your place of buisness 3: Put a office downstairs 4: ask a person if they have filed yet, It would had saved me 4 hours of my day and a minute of yours.
