    Well Done!!

I saw this company's booth at a home show over a year ago. The people seemed nice and answered my questions. I filled out a card and got a call from them a few days later. A nice woman came to my home and showed me pictures, and real samples of doors, different materials for counters, and really spent a lot of time with me. I did decide to go with this company, even though they were the first I met with. I'm glad I did. They did not disappoint me. Great workers at my home, sweet and polite. They knew their job and did it well. I thought it would be a long process, but my cabinets were completed on schedule. I had decided to wait on the counter until I saw how they did my cabinets. I am now ready for them to come do the counters. Well done..thank you to all the sweet people there.

    KC Is The Real Deal

    Posted by beachmom1 on 01/24/2009

I have been wanting and needing to do something with my kitchen cabinets and counters for over 7 years. It always seemed like too much inconvenience to have people in my kitchen for a weelk or a month or however long it was going to take to get my kitchen updated. I did a ton of research, went to homeshows, and talked to friends who had already done this. A good friends who is in the business recommended Kitchen Connection. I called and they had someone come to my home. They were professional, had great ideas, and made me feel excited about the prospect of a new and modern looking kitchen. The crew that took out the old stuff was polite and kept everything clean, the cabinet installation was on time, and actually was done a day early. The counters are beautiful. I had to do the remodelkicking and screaming, but i am glad I did it. I needed someone to come and adjust doors and they sent out someone within 3 days. I have heard many nightmare stories, but I can say this company did vereything they promised and more. I have told several freinds about them, and I know they will have the same positive experience i did.

    OUTSTANDING! BRAVO!

First off their pricing was great , much less then some, but not the cheapest. Our new kitchen is SPECTACULAR...Work was done on time, as promised. We found all of the crews to be easy to work with, respectful of our property, and quality conscious. Our home looks like it fell from the pages of a remodeling magazine! We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone

Stay away from Kitchen Connection (KC) @ Hayward/or Gardena Location

Kitchen was to be refaced October 2006. Now 12/28/06 the cabinets have yet to be refinished. I will list the numerous problems: *Initial installer stole drinks from our garage fridge and later admitted to it once we located the empty cans left around in our kitchen and garage. *Ran out of materials - laminate apparently takes weeks to order. Though the drafter should of estimated the right amount. *The company did not order enough doors. Several of the doors ordered had the laminate peeling off. *Installer sanded several areas of laminate so the yellowish color underneath is left exposed. He did not even have enough energy to fill these areas with wood filler. All the staples and nail openings did not have enough wood filler placed in there to make the area flush to the surrounding surface. *2 out of 5 of our corbels were left loose (these structures support the bar counter) *Installer left a half a bottle of gatorade on our plywood counter top and another drink on our dryer. *Contract included them lowering our oven opening and microwave opening, which they failed to do *I have been in contact with all higher ups and finally they sent a new installer out today to start cleaning up the mess. Of course the problem cabinet doors, etc. still need to be ordered even though KC was aware weeks ago. *Contract will be ending soon, and I have a feeling they won't be done on time *They keep hounding me for the next payment which is suppose to be given at time of cabinet completion, trying to bully me into paying at least partial payment so my project can proceed (meaning countertop installed). I have refused since it is absurd for me to pay since I am still waiting for about 6 doors and 1 draw front to be replaced. *The list goes on but this site only lets you write so much. I hope this info allows consumers to look else where when it comes to refacing because I certainly would not want anyone else to have to deal with what I am going thru.
