More Than Expected

We just bought our first house and needed to replace our electrical panel as it was a zinsco which is known to catch a flame so we decided to make the upgrade. usa electric was great from start to finish. They set an appointment for the estimate, came on time and quoted us exactly what we paid. Other electrician we got in didn't show up on time and the estimate was not written out very well. The work was done quickly and properly. The electrician was a super nice guy, really respectful and made sure the place was cleaned up at night and kept us informed.

USA Electric did an excellent job installing new recessed lighting in our kitchen and dining room, along with completing other minor electrical work. The work was very professional and exceeded our expectations. Furthermore, Ken and his assistant were very courteous and honest in their dealings with us. I would highly recommend USA Electric for any home electrical project. We love our new lighting and appreciate their hard work!

On Monday, February 16, 2009, our house was hit by lightening and my electrical meter and fuse box were fried. I called Edison, who told me that someone would come to our house. No one came and we had no power that night. The next morning I called USA Electric from work, got a real person on the phone who told me that someone would come that day to see what could be done. At 11 AM Ken came, checked the damage, gave me a price quote, and told me that he would be able to give us power that day. And, he did. After two days of hard work I have a new electric meter, fuse box, everything is now outside and fully up to code. The work has been done fast and secure. I can refer everyone to this service. Thank you.

Excellent Technical Service

I recently had an electrical problem at my home during the holidays. I called USA Electric after reading what others had said about their service experiences. I concur, with the other clients/customers, the service provided was excellent. My great experience with this company (USA Electric) is the direct result of two of their service personnel. I have the highest regard for Ken B. and his assistant Chris. They came, they saw, and they conquered the problem within 30 minutes. Ken was able to find a short using a digital testing device. They make the necessary repairs. Since they knew what they were doing, I had them repair an exhaust fan in the downstairs restroom.
In an era, where many vendors and contractors are masquerading as being competent. I was pleasantly pleased to have these guys work on my house. My Dad always told me " You get what you pay for." I would highly recommend the company and will use them again for any electrical or installations I might need in the future. Yes, there good!

My first time experience with USA Electric was very good. Called in the morning and because my problem was a power outage they arranged for an electrician to come out within an hour. The electricians should up on time and traced the problem quickly. They may not be low cost ...but for the quick service and quality work, I will certainly use them again.
