When your computer doesn't work the way it is supposed to, call Mike! It is so nice to work with someone who knows what he is doing and can explain it to you in a way that is understandable. It is great to work with someone who will come to your house to see what the problem really is and then fix it in a timely manner. Plus, Mike is available in the evenings and on weekends, when most computer problems are likely to happen! Thanks Mike.

I was in such a funk because an expensive book I purchased years ago on CD-rom didn't run on my brand new HP all-in-one computer. Actually that was just one of the problems I was having. Mike came over and figured out the complicated situation with the book and cleaned my computer of some bugs that were causing aggravating pop up windows on my desktop.
What was most helpful is that while we were waiting for downloads, Mike taught me a lot about maintaining my PC.
It's great to have someone who is experienced, kind and reasonably priced to call when technology doesn't feel like my friend anymore!

Mike is a good professional. Skilfull and accurate. He managed to exceed my customer expactation in retrieving data from a crashed laptop. Not only within the timeframe we agreed on but he did even more than I asked for!

Great Service

There needs to be room for more stars. Mike was able to repair my broken laptop that had fallen and quit working altogether. I had attempted to repair it on my own, but was not able to do so. Mike knew how to repair this problem and allow me to use my laptop again. He was efficient and definitely friendly. I would recommend him to anyone.

I am not the smartest computer person and Mike came in and cleaned up our computer. Gave us information that we didn't know. We were so happy with our home computer that we had him clean up our laptop also. I would diffently use him and refer him to others. As a matter of fact my daughter just called needing his number for her job. Mike is very friendly and knowledgable.

I cannot believe I have lived this long and not contacted Mike at FriendlyPCService before...
When our computer contracted a virus, I panicked and asked every and any available person I could find to offer some help.
After many odd and wierd options and opinions, and probably "more damage than good efforts", a friend suggested I call her computer go-to guy, Mike at FriendlyPCService.
For $75, Mike wiped-out the virus, cleaned up our computer, erradicated any mischief and brought back options that have been perplexing us for months!
A week later, Mike emailed us to ask how everything was going.
A month later, Mike came and helped us with a printer problem we were having.
Mike's pleasant nature and calming reassurance has made him #1 in my opinion.
Put your computer worries behind you and call Mike at FriendlyPCService...this was the best $75 I have ever spent on a computer!

Friendly? Yes. Knowledgeable? Yes.. Capable? Yes. Patient? Yes. Calm? Yes. Good Humored? Yes. Fair? Yes. Reasonably priced? Very. Mike got me through my first encounter with Windows Vista. For that I am eternally grateful. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Mike of FriendlyPC Service has been an absolute lifesaver for my family and myself over the last several years. As a biomedical researcher coordinator, frequently having to call on technical support staff for help with problems, I can truly appreciate someone like Mike who has expert technical know-how AND a consistently great attitude. All too often, computer techies to talk to you in an obscure language, with an arrogant attitude, and then leave your computer worse off than it started. Mike is the complete opposite. He obviously knows what he is doing and has helped us with a wide assortment of computer problems, cleaned up our computers and got them working faster, installed virus protection, and has helped us through Vista problems. Our home computer contains all of our financial accounting information for a side business. When it crashed and became unusable, Mike quickly fixed it. He has been enormously helpful with the laptop my daughter uses for college, starting with purchase suggestions, set-up, resolving Internet access issues, etc. Twice, right before her final photography projects were due, the laptop and printer developed problems we couldn’t fix. Mike was there the same day, had them fixed right away (once ran out and bought a new printer for her), and she was able to turn in her projects in time. In summary, Mike of Friendly PC Service has always provided us with fast, reliable, expert service, at an affordable price, and he really is very friendly!!
