Poor food and a rather dilapidated physical condition. Lots of poor souls who had nowhere else to go during the day - mentally ill, drug addicts, elderly. A nice but overwhelmed staff. My group home owner (a story in herself) needed somewhere to dump her patients, whose money she gladly took, during the day.
