Won't even pick up phone

Blockbuster seems to WANT to fail. The only thing they have going for them is real people, who should be able to provide customer service--so when you call the local store and they shoot you into never-never land of answering machines, you definitely get the "message." They don't care about you, the local customer, AND they have crummy inventory. Netflix, here we come.
