Simply The Best!!!

Words can not describe how wonderful and professional Robert was!! After having gone to another IT professional who took over a week to "try" to fix my laptop, I searched on google for another IT professional and found The Wright Corner. I called and I spoke to Robert who not only assured me he could fix my problem, but promised me I'd have my laptop back the very next morning. In addition to that, he was able to give me a quote over the phone!!
At first I was a bit nervous because he seemed extremely confident and I wasn't sure if he really knew what was going on with my computer. I was also worried about the price changing on me when he discovered how difficult it would really be to fix my computer!!
I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived with my laptop, that he remained confident after giving my computer a once over. He remained extremely professional by not making any disappointing sounds or comments after having reviewed my laptop as the other IT professional did as this would have definitely brought down my confidence in his ability to repair my laptop.
Before parting, I once again asked Robert for the price and he simply replied, it's the same price I quoted you over the phone. So pretty much, no matter what they had to do to fix my laptop, no matter if they had to walk on broke glass bare feet, no matter what surprises came up, their quoted price would never change!! I was so impressed by this! They give you upfront fair pricing and they stick to it!
As promised, Robert called me the very next morning to advise me that my laptop was ready! I was speechless as again, it took the other IT professional 1 week to figure out that my laptop could not be fixed and Robert here had it repaired and updated by the very next morning!!
I will also add that what they ended up doing to my laptop, would have cost me tons of money had I gone elsewhere and I doubt anyone could have done a better job! This is m IT team for life!! Thank you guys soooo much!!

Just read the reviews - nothing negative to say about The Wright Corner. I called on Sunday, they picked up my hard drive, called me with an update on Monday, and dropped it off on Tuesday. Very professional, friendly, affordable and unbelievably quick. Extremely exceptional service.

I am so highly satisfied with my service from The Wright Corner. The service was extremely QUICK: I called on Sunday, they picked up my hard drive, called to update me on Monday, dropped it back off on Tuesday. The service was very FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL: The CEO Robert Wright offered suggestions in order to maintain my PC more efficiently. It was also very AFFORDABLE. I cannot say enough positive things about this service. Do not ever opt for the big name repair companies - call The Wright Corner.

Robert Wright has helped us on numerous occasions - not only is he extremely courteous with a very quick response - he is sooooo knowledgable and helpful. He goes the extra mile that is for sure. I am not sure that we would not have thrown out our computers and started all over again. His rates are reasonable and his service is top notch. If you need computer help, Robert Wright is the person you should be phoning.

Robert Wright of The Wright Corner is the best! He has saved my life on several occasions, and got my computer and printers working. I am a writer, and should know more about computers than I do, but I don't, so it's a great relief for me -- and other writers out there -- to know Robert is a phone call away.

Best Computer Guy - EVER!!

Robert Wright of The Wright Corner saved my sanity. Was ready to take a hammer to my computer and along came Robert! Fixed every computer in the house. Purchased and installed a new printer. Networked the printer to all the computers. He will always reply if you leave a message and is as reliable as sunrise and sunset. When you add his amazing computer skills to his innate kindness you have a high tech computer guy who never lets you down. PLUS his rates are amazing. I do not believe that anyone could find any cause for complaint with either Robert or his work.
Thank you Robert for being so kind and patient with me.

I found this company on Craigs list and I am so pleased with the wonderful experience we had with the Wright Corner. They came and fixed all our computer problems. I would never feel the need to look for anyone else next time I have a network/Computer problem. Fair price and smart work!

I have found this company on Citysearch.com based on their reviews. Well it is only good things I can say about them ! I live in Manhattan but they came to my house to pick up my problematic laptop and fixed it in one day ! Thanks !

This is an excellent professional computer company. They actually know what they are doing. I had an older PC that crashed and all my pictures from the last 3 years were on it with no backup ! Luckily I called Robert and 24 hours later I had all my pictures burnt to a couple of disks. A million thanks,a real lifesaver !

In this day and age you need someone like Robert Wright. I had ran accross his Ad on Craig's List one evening and after calling him that evening he was at my home within forty five minutes. Now that's what I call customer service. My computer was having all kinds of problems with the CD rom drive. The people who I thought knew what they were doing couldn't figure out the problem. One tech guy had the computer for two weeks and when I got it back it was in worse condition then when I gave it to him. I must tell you I was furious and at wits end. Enter Dr. Wright! He came over that Friday evening and within thirty minutes fixed the problem in a way that told me that this is someone who I must stay in touch with. Since that Friday night Dr. Wright has made numerous calls to my home and each time resolved each and every issue with all my computers. He even went beyond the call on one occasion by giving me a free Dell CPU after the IBM CPU I had was damaged by a power outage that ruined the mother board beyond repair. Not only does he know what he is doing the man has a heart of gold. His service is outstanding and he isn't leaving untill the problem is fixed. At times my wife wanted to know if Dr. Wright was moving in :). I strongly recomend him to anyone who is looking for someone who is reliable, reasonable and most of all he knows what he's doing. You will never regret calling him I promise you! Thank you Dr. Wright because guy's like you are RARE.
