All cancellations are subject to a $25 per room(s) cancellation fee.
Cancelling a reservation of 1 to 7 days requires notice of not less than 7 days prior to the check in date. A cancellation notice given less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will cause the perspective guest to be responsible for full payment of the booking unless the room is rebooked.
There after, deposits will be refunded less a processing fee if the room is rebooked.
