Simply Amazing!

My company uses New Concepts Limousine on a regular basis, and I used to travel one, sometimes two times a month. While at this point I only used their sedans, they were consistently clean and always a smooth ride. The drivers were always VERY nice and always professionally dressed. And for the two and a half years I used them they have never been even a minute late, even when I had many 5:30am pick up times. Since my responsibilities at work have changed, I no longer use their services as I don't have to travel anymore. But the reason I am writing this review is because of my most recent experience with them in December. My husband surprised us all with tickets to the Lion King on Broadway and dinner. Our plan was to take the train to the city. I decided to make this trip even more special and to come up with a surprise of my own. I booked a stretch limousine! I figured both my husband and our kids would get a kick out of it, plus it is safer than taking the train (not to mention it is miserably cold outside). When I made the reservation the gentleman on the phone was very polite. I asked if they could put coke zero in the limo as it is my hubby's favorite. He stated that while they normally don't carry it, he would be happy to stop and get me some prior to picking us up. When I asked how much extra that would be I was told it was complimentary. It's a small thing, but still very nice. Anyway I gave him the date of our show and he suggested a pick up time. I agreed and we were all set. As it turns out I gave them the wrong date of the show. Luckily I noticed this in time. I called back practically last minute to see if I could change the date and they easily accommodated me, with no extra charge. The limo pulled up in front of our house and my whole family was so excited. The car was so clean...and huge! It looked like something you'd see pull up at the golden globes or something. Anyway off we went. My six year old developed a small headache on our way up to the city. The chauffeur seemed to feel bad for him and asked if there was anything he could do. Our son really wanted to see the show and was really excited for it so he said he would be okay. Wouldn't you know it that during intermission the the chauffeur actually found us and gave us a new bottle of childrens tylenol? It seems that he went to a drug store to get it to help make sure my son felt better. My jaw litereally dropped. I still can't believe it! I tried to pay him for the bottle but he didn't take it!!!!!! He said that he just wanted to make sure our night was perfect. And it was!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never written a letter about an experience before but I felt I just had to here. I wrote a letter to the president of the company thanking him and his team profusely. Everything was so seamless. From the soda, to the short notice change in dates, to the AMAZING DRIVER - everything was - fantastic. I have and will continue to recommend New Concepts to anyone and everyone. Their slogan should be "Simply Amazing" because that's truly what it was.
