WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! DO NOT BOOK!

Do not ever book with this company. I booked a party bus for the U2 concert and paid $125.00 and hour. I even asked what the inside of the bus would look like and was told that I could see the picture on line. Well.... the picture online is the picture of the Safari with round couches and very nice interior. The owner assured me that this was the bus I was getting. It took me a lot of time to try to plan this event for 29 people. My good friend Bennie Davis owns Thee Land Yachts but all of his buses were rented, so he actually referred me to this person. Needless to say, when the bus arrived, it looked like an old beat up UPS truck! It was all black with spray painted black windows, the check engine light was on the whole time, there was no A/C, the seats were individual seats that looked like they were from the 1970's, and it was just absolutely AWFUL!!!! When it arrived and I went to look inside, I was just petrified! Even the driver felt bad for me because he agreed that this was not the bus falsley advertised on the website. Obviously he is used to people being shocked over this bus! The sad thing was, there was nothing we could do. This was a big event and everything was taken. So I just decided to ride, and call to talk to the owner on Monday. When Monday came, I called the owner J.R. 4 times. He sent me to voicemail each time. I left polite messages for him to call back and he never did. Tuesday morning, I received a message form his saying that he didnt know who the hell I wasn but that I needed to stop hurassing him and to leave him the Fu** alone! I was blown away. I still have not been able to get in touch with him even calling him from different numbers! I even had my friend Bennie call from a different number. He was able to get through and toold him he couldnt believe he would do that to a friend of his! Needless to say, I will never use this company again! Nor will Bennie be sending him any of his overload! I would recommend Using his service because I KNOW he has great party buses!

we got a limo to the concert , but parking sucks , they didn't have it arranged ahead of time, but nelson found parking for the huge limo in a little house across from the arena, walking distance, best time ever

I have lived in several major cities across the country. And because of my occupation, I have relied on limousine transportation as a major necessity. Some companies over promise and undeliver. This is particularly often with timely pick-ups from the beginning to end of the event. Safari Limousines has always provided a first class experience. I have booked them almost a dozen times, including 2 weddings, and the style and service provided is unmatched. The drivers are pros and all have great personalities. For every special event we continue to use Safari. I really enjoy the large inventory of cars, so that we can have a different car each time we rent. So far we have experienced a beautiful, impressive, different car,
every time.

Since the first time I used Safari Limos about 6 or 7 years ago, they are the only limo service I use. I've never had a problem with the drivers or cars. With reasonable rates they were great to drive my friends and I around downtown to different bars. I have used them for my wedding and when my grandfather passed away, even going with friends to a Durham Bulls game. My husband and I are planning on using them to pick me and our new baby up at the hospital next month. I trust the drivers and the service enough to put my new baby in their limos!

I solicited the help of Safari for my sister's bridal shower. Not only was the limousine in pristine condition, the driver was pleasant and professional. Courteous, prompt, reliable- can't go wrong! I will definitely use this limousine service again.

Safari Limousine is the best in the buisness. I have used there service many times. My friends and I have used them for just about everything and even plan to use them in my up and comming wedding. Safari was always on time and happy to help me plan my nights out; to the hockey games, bar hopping with a bunch of friends, even short trips to the airport. Have you seen the monster truck? Now that was a fun night out; wow! I give them two tumbs up and will be calling them soon about my wedding.

My experience with Safari was top notch! When John picked us up, he was extra curtious, helpful and understanding with our needs! He was very knowledgeable of the Raleigh/ Cary area and we felt sure he was the BEST guy for the job! We just want to thank Safari for making my little sisters 21st birthday one she will never forget! John you were fantastic!!! We WILL us Safari everytime we need a limo service!! Thanks for all you do!

I generally do not rent limos. I used Safari for the Angier parade. The limo used was perfect in every way!! I used the side ot the limo to advertise my business. The limo was a stretch monster truck. All of the kids that watched the parade were talking about the limo for the week after the parade. The tires stood at least four foot tall and there had to be millions of shocks and struts on the front and back. The inside had a diamond plated ceiling with small lights that lit up with changing colors. The whole inside was immaculate with polished wood paneling and cabinetry. My most favorite part of the experience was at the end of the trip the driver asked if he could pickup some of the kids and adults at the end of the parade route to take back to the begining. I said yes. He stopped and he announced to the kids and adults departing a float to go for a ride. The faces of the children lit up with excitement. Some of the kids told me that they had never ridden in a limo before and thanked me and the driver for the opportunity of the ride. That was the best part of the trip knowing Safari gave us much more than just an ordinary limo run. I would recommend Safari to any one.

The WORST in limo service and quality

This limo service is by far the worst I have ever used. We frequently rent limos for trips and events. I was told about Safari Limos and their specialty wine tours. We rented 2 limos for a large group. The limos both looked like they were involved in accidents. The limo had many issues. First, there were no vent covers on the vents, so you had no control of the air. Second, as we were driving down 40, the window would not go up. We asked the driver to stop the vehicle and he refused. It was 40 degrees and misty outside! We couldn't drive around all night with a window down! We finally forced him to stop and he told us to fix the window.. isn't that HIS job!? Finally, we fixed the window and were told not to mess with it. (Really!?) There was also masking tape in the interior lights because they were all broken. We had no control over the lights and the driver kept on turning on the intercom system to listen in on us. It only gets worse. The driver forgot his GPS system so we went to the vineyards in the mountains with no directions. We spent more time driving around in circles than at the places we wanted to visit. We got back home 3 hours before we were supposed to and only visited 3 out of the 7 vineyards we were supposed to. This trip was awful. To top it all off, the company did not see anything wrong and expected us to pay full price for a less than acceptable product. Will never do business with them again.

HORRIBLE LIMO SERVICE

HORRIBLE! Giving them one star is already too much (but its the only option). I booked them for the night of MY WEDDING and they didn't show up. I stood outside like a goof with my beautiful bride looking for a cab. I called 3 times that week to confirm pick up and called night of to nicely let them know the driver was running a bit late. Never recieved a call nor an apology.
If I were hurt, I wouldn't take a free ride to the hospital from Safari Limosinces. I've never had more UNPROFESSIONAL service than them. I have called several times for an apology, and they have never returned my phone calls.
