Waitstaff was POOR

My friend and I were in Big Rapids doing some shopping and decided we would go for a couple of drinks and chose The Gate, unfortunately we ended up waiting for about 10 minutes before we got to order a drink. The problem with that is that there might have been 15 people there and the wait staff stood at the end of the bar daancing and eat food and we were sitting right beside them and they didn't even acknowledge we were there. That was the third time that we have been to this place and get POOR service thats why I wouldn't recommend this place for anything
