I was refered to Gary Zernich by E.R.D.F. , Gary and his staff took all the presure and stress from me on this case, All I had to do was show up, i never was even asked a question by the judge, their was concessions and negotiations between parties , hes agressive ,thorough , professional , well spoken and respectfully dressed for the occasion. I was referred to the law office of Gary M. Zernich for my child support case. I researched the legal firm and based upon that information I retained Mr. Zernich. I am a single father of two children who is currently employed part time. My ex was seeking an increase in child support. Mr. Zernich was able to resolve the case in my favor. I have been working with Gary for about 8 months now on my child custody case, he has been extremely helpful, the case went to trial, and i was extremely amazed on how he did, he tore my sons mom apart and he had a great closing argument!!! I would highly recommend him.

I was in need of some professional representation in a hurry , I had a hearing on a Thursday and I called Gary's office the night before he agreed to meet with me 2 hrs before my hearing in the courthouse to review my file. I was so impressed with his professionalism and the outcome of my hearing I had to retain him for my next hearing the following month and after that hearing I walked out of the courtroom a very happy man because I was awarded primary custody of my 4 small children I been told by several people that it is very hard for a father to get full custody over the mother but Gary was very agressive and the outcome reflects that.

I hired Mr. Zernich to resolve my child custody issue and he did the best he could do, he drug tested the other party and it was a positive test. he gave me great advise on how to proceed in Court. His paralegal Rae has been very helpful and compasionate. Their help has been very valuable. Also, it is not a expensive lawyer. I recommend his services to anyone.

Gary and his staff were very professional and helpfull. They went the extra distance to complete any task at hand and when it really counted in the courtroom, Gary did an Exceptional job. He was well prepared. I will be using him more and would recommend him to friends, family and anyone else!!

Mr. Zernich is an attorney that will set you in the direction that suits your best interest in this time of distress that you are likely to be experiencing, which is probably why you may be reading this review at this time. Mr. Zernich is not an attorney who will just simply conform to what you want if it does not clearly sort out to be in your best interest in the long run. He will challenge you first. I think to make sure you that first you can reason things out properly in this time of distress, and so that you won't have regrets later on. Often times during the process of, for instance, separation there are unforeseen perils. Mr. Zernich and his staff are vigilant and bring issues to the forefront and remediate them along with you. Gary and his entire staff are awesome. They consoled and advised me in the right direction at an extremely emotional time in my life. I would highly recomend Gary and his staff to anyone seeking legal advise or action pertaining to family law. He really does live up to his advertisement of agressive representation.
