I scheduled an appointment 3 days before hand for 8am, the receptionist took my cell # and said they would call ahead. On the scheduled day, I waited till 8:30, hadn't received a phone call, so I called their office. The receptionist said they were called out on an emergency and it would be another hour or 2. I wasn't happy, but I said 'ok' and continuted to wait. 10am comes around, still no sight of them or a phone call. I called the office back, the receptionist said they were still caught up with the emergency, so I just said forget it and cancelled my 'appointment'. It was AUGUST, so I'm not sure what kind of emergency they can have (it's not Zero out and no one is freezing to death) AND why did it take all of their people? Surely they have more than one guy working.. They didn't have the respect to call me in the first place to tell me they would be late, I would NOT bother calling Dodrill in Cross Lanes because you will be left waiting for someone that never comes.
