Powertrain Auto Service

I encountered a really strange problem with my airconditioning in my 2010 Honda Civic. It wasn't cooling or would cool some and then stop after. The pipes would freeze too. I had only been going to Powertrain for just a couple of months and for small repairs so I was not really sure about using their services. Al, Jennifer and his team were so professional in delivering great customer service, very reasonable pricing, trustworthiness, and a commitment to getting the results needed at all costs. They also treat you like family and are very responsive to your needs. I highly recommend this stellar auto shop!

The lady at the front office is very professional & courteous. They could not detect the problem with my vehicle the first time around. My car finally broke down, and they are giving it another try.

This Service Made My Day/Month...Surprisingly I am thrilled with the service I got related to my car problems. I am always unhappy when I have to deal with car repairs because this is an area in which I know absolutely nothing about. Best service hands down. The manager Al was very professional and insightful throughout this whole process!

I took my car based on the reviews here. I have to say I was not disappointed. Al gave excellent customer service. The work done by the mechanic was thorough. I had to get a new timing belt, front tires, radiator, etc. I called around to other shops and the prices was comparable. The waiting area was clean with a Keurig machine so I was set. My car is now running like new. I will definitely be coming back to Powertrain in Bowie.
