Avoid this florist

I called the shop directly and asked for a flowering plant be sent to my Aunt in the hospital in Butte. I agreed to a $60 plant with flowers and the delivery charge. The plant that was delivered did not have any flowers only tiny little buds which after 3 weeks still have not opened. My mother who is a horticulturalist told me the plant is so sickly that the buds will probrobly fall off and it looks is if the leaves were painted green. When I called the shop to get this fixed they did not have any solutions. They told me that the plants in the green house were blooming. I also found out that the plants in the shop only cost $50. Then they tried putting blame one everyone else, "I wasn't in the shop that day", "you called and talked to a telafloral answering service". I feel that they are taking advantage of anyone who they think will never see the plants they are sending out and getting rid of their trash. Later I spoke to some florists in Helena and they have had so many complaints about this florist that they nolonger will use them. I was also told that an adjustment would be made to my credit card and I have yet to see it.
